1. An order will be processed after payment is successfully remitted.
2. No cancellation or amendment is allowed after an order is processed.
3. When order ready stock items, please check and confirm the item you order is in stock by checking order confirmation or seek clarification through email. Please do so before you confirm your order to avoid disappointment or any misunderstanding.
4. Colour of the actual item might be slightly different from the photo seen on the website due to different computer displays, lightings or other effects on the photo. No refund or exchange is allowed for slight color differences.
5. Customer outside of Singapore will also be liable for any import duty, import tax, quotas, permits, product restriction and other local requirements.

7. Payment via Internet Banking to indicate name in initial field, product item and provide delivery address information.
8. ATM payment to inform via email with delivery address information when the remittance already completed.
9. For pre-orders, items will arrive in approximately 1 to 2 week's time.
10. Shipping charges quoted are best estimates and is subject to change due to revision of charges downwards or upwards by international courier company. Shipping charges exclude special fee if any and fuel surcharge.
